

Veil of Maya was signed to Sumerian Records in 2008. The band was formed in 2004 in Barrington, Illinois. The band mixes elements of progressive, melodic, and hardcore to their death metal. They have released three full length albums. Their debut album in 2006 was released by their former label Corrosive Recordings and self-produced by the band. Veil of Maya's work ethic, dedication, musicianship, and song writing ability has earned them a spot as one of the leading metal bands to date.
